Any registration identifier identification scheme (ibt-030-1), (ibt-047-1), (ibt-061-1) MUST be coded using one of the ISO 6523 ICD list.

Targeted Semantic Element

1. IBT-061-Payee legal registration identifier: An identifier issued by an official registrar that identifies the Payee as a legal entity or person.
2. IBT-061-1-Scheme identifier: If used, the identification scheme shall be chosen from the entries of the list published by the ISO/IEC 6523 maintenance agency.
