Identifies the business process context in which the transaction appears. It enables the buyer to process the document in an appropriate way.

Identifies the Tender Clarification as issued by the contracting body. Must be expressed as a UUID

Scheme identifier

Document issue date
The date on which the Tender Clarification is issued.

Document issue time
The time when the Tender Clarification is issued. The issue time must have granularity of seconds, and include time zone information

The contracting body
The contracting authority or contracting entity who is buying supplies, services or public works using a tendering procedure as described in the applicable directive (Directives 2014/24/EU, 2014/25/EU).

Contracting body electronic address identifier
Electronic address of the contracting body.

An identifier that identifies the economic operator, such as a legal registration identifier.

Economic operator name
The name of the economic operator.

Parent document reference
Reference to the procurement procedure that this response refers to.

Document identifier
An identifier that is specified by the buyer and used as a reference number for all documents in the procurement process. It is also known as procurement project identifier, procurement reference number or contract folder identifier.

Has to be ContractFolderID.

Additional document references
Additional document reference are used to assign the given answers within the document to the ContractFolderID, LotGroup or Lot. To reference several answers, the additional document can be repeated.

Document identifier
Identifier to the ContractFolderID and/or the lots to which the tender answer applies. XPath expressions are used to locate the answer within the document.

Valid values are ContractFolderID, LotGroup or Lot.

An xpath expression to reference an cac:Attachment where questions can be asked or refer a file within the ASiC-e.

Attachment
An attached tendering request or files which must be referenced by an cac:AdditionalDocumentReference

External reference
An external reference to place your questions or add an attachment to express questions in more detail. There must be only one kind of reference a file or questions.

Mime code of the file
A code signifying the mime type of the external object.

A reference to an ASiC-e attachment.
A file reference within the ASiC-e which may contain additional information to express questions in more detail.

Tendering request
The tendering request about the procurement procedure.
