Reference number
An identifier that is specified by the buyer and used as a reference number for all documents in the procurement process. It is also known as procurement project identifier, procurement reference number or contract folder identifier.

Qualification issue date
The date when the qualification is issued by the economic operator.

Qualification issue time
The time when the qualification is issued by the economic operator. The issue time must have granularity of seconds, and include time zone information

Qualification document version identifier
Identifies the version of the document

A class to describe the Economic Operator or Group of Economic Operators that want to qualify for the Call for Tender.

Interested procurement project lot

Lot identifier
An identifier of the lots for which the Economic Operator want to qualify.

The Economic Operator that is responsible for the submission of the qualification document. In case there is a group of economic operators there is always one main economic operator and an unspecified number of additional economic operator qualifying for a contract.

Economic operator
Any natural or legal person or public entity or group of such persons and/or entities, including any temporary association of undertakings, which offers the execution of works and/or a work, the supply of products or the provision of services on the market.

A code specifying the type of the document. The code 916 is used to reference to a qualification document. The code 311 is used to reference to the Call for Tender.
