Unique Identifier Number
A unique number assigned to document to distinctly identify it within a system or database. It MUST be a valid UUID as defined by RFC 4122 and MUST be version 5 (name-based, SHA-1). A version 5 UUID is generated deterministically from a namespace identifier and a name, so the same inputs always produce the same UUID. This is validated by rule IBR-002-OM.
