The Tax Data Document (TDD) is a regulatory report submitted to the tax authority (OTA) for tax reporting and compliance purposes. It is not exchanged between invoice issuer and invoice receiver. A party may submit a TDD in the role of either invoice issuer or invoice receiver, depending on the reporting obligation
The Peppol Tax Data Document (TDD) has been developed by the OpenPeppol AISBL Post Award Coordinating Community for reporting invoices for tax purposes when using CTC (Continuous Transaction Controls) processes.
