If a Payee (ibg-10) is provided in the Self-billed invoice, then the Payee name (ibt-059) MUST be provided and the Payee MUST be different from the Seller (ibg-04). The Payee and the Seller are compared, in order of precedence, on their legal registration identifier (ibt-061), their party identifier (ibt-060) and, as a last resort, their name (ibt-059).
